WP1 Concerts brings a wealth of experience in staging large-scale live events, having been involved in iconic events such as Live Aid and Farm Aid. Their expert team will leverage their extensive skills and industry contacts to organize, promote, produce, and distribute these pivotal concerts. Our joint efforts will include arranging venues, managing budgets, and overseeing ticket sales, all tailored to maximize charitable contributions.
To ensure maximum reach and impact, each concert will be broadcast across various platforms, including Television, Radio, the Internet, and Mobile Streaming. WP1 and UFO will spearhead promotion and marketing strategies, engaging major advertising agencies, hosting press conferences, and maintaining regular updates through news blasts.
Innovative ticketing solutions will be available through a dedicated website, offering online “e-ticket” purchases and direct charitable donations. Additionally, mobile phone customer codes will facilitate e-ticket sales and public contributions, while a mail-in option will also be provided for ticket buyers and donors who prefer traditional methods.
